I. Seminars and Trainings

A. Real Estate Sales Professional Development Program (RESProDep)

Seeing the need to develop agents to become professionals in the real estate industry, Primary Homes introduces a 90-day training program that is both extensive and intensive.

B. Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS)

- PH101 is held every Wednesday morning. It covers topics such as Basic Company Profile, Introduction to Real Estate, Ways of Earning and General Product Overview.

- PH102 is held every Wednesday afternoon. It is a detailed presentation of Primary Homes projects, be it subdivision or condominium. Sales kits containing price lists and marketing collaterals will then be distributed for free. Both PH101 and PH102 have to be attended by new agents and brokers to make Primary Homes accreditation official.

C. Focus Group Seminar (FGS)

To raise the bar of the partners' selling skills, Primary Homes designed a program showcasing depth discussions. To be done every Thursday afternoon, attendees can expect discussions on financing schemes, marketing strategies, comparative analysis and closing techniques. The Focus Group Seminar is a pre-requisite for accredited partners to have the opportunity to participate in different activities such as site mannings, trade exhibits, sales caravans, road shows, etc.

D. Real Estate 101

As per invitation basis, Primary Homes will be visiting offices of the different realty firms to conduct seminars and trainings.
II. Brokers' C.I.P. (Continuous Improvement Program)

A monthly gathering with Primary Homes' accredited brokers, C.I.P. (Continuous Improvement Program) touches on various issues revolving around the dynamic industry of real estate. Each will be tackled by credible speakers from private and government sectors.
III. Sales Rewards & Recognition Program

Primary Homes greatly values its accredited agents and brokers. Because of which, the Sales Rewards and Recognition Program was created. It is a unique incentive program on top of the commission for every sale within the period of October 2008-September 2009.

Rewards- every sale can be convertible to points with a corresponding item.

Raffle- every sale can also be changed to tickets that will be drawn during the Partners' Night. Prizes awaiting participating agents and brokers are holiday trips and various showcases. A house and lot will also be given away.

Resources- points in every sale can also be a guarantee to claim brochures, flyers and tarpaulins in each project available.

Recognition- after all efforts in closing a sale, it is but right to acknowledge agents and brokers for a job well done. For twice a year, a grand party will be organized to be dubbed as, Partners' Appreciation Night.
IV. Trade Exhibit

An outlet for lead generation, Primary Homes grants opportunity to its accredited agents and brokers to meet clients in public venues. Please take note that the schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
V. Site Manning

Another marketing support from Primary Homes, agents and brokers will now have an actual feel of the various projects through the model units. Each has been carefully designed that will be a sales tool in itself.
VI. Sports Tournament

In pursuit of strengthening ties between Primary Homes and its valued accredited realty firms, a Sports Tournament will be held for once a year. It is but right to provide agents and brokers a friendly competitive environment through fun and games.

To make inquiries on pricing and availability more convenient, partners can now send their concerns via text at (0929) 5459977. Agents and brokers simply have to type in the PROJECT CODE followed by PHASE NO., BLOCK NO., and UNIT NO. For example: Project Code, Phase 1, Block 5, Unit 10 = PC010510.
